HonkiBasic - Learn Japanese is an Android application developed by Japan ICT Learning Inc. It is a free app designed for beginners who want to learn Japanese in Vietnamese or English. The app is divided into 25 units that contain Vocabulary, Grammar, and Listening contents, similar to learning materials such as "Minna no Nihongo" and "Shin Nihongo no Kiso." It is an excellent resource for anyone preparing for the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N5.
One of the best features of this app is that all the keywords and sentences have sound data recorded by a native Japanese speaker, making them suitable for listening practice. The app includes a lot of vocabularies and expressions frequently used in daily Japanese life, as well as in workplaces. The main functions of the app are Basic knowledge of Vocabulary-Sentence-Grammar, Flashcards, 3-option tests, and Time trial tests with a ranking system.
